Internal Audit Manager – International Life Insurance Company recruitment

The Company
Our client is a leading International Life Insurance company with a strong reputation in the market. Due to job rotation, our client is seeking a suitably qualified finance candidate with excellent organization skills to take on a Manager role in their Internal Audit Team in Hong Kong.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will be leading a team of 5 in general audit team and responsible for the following:

• Perform in-depth risk analysis and contribute to the determination of the particular audit scope.
• On an audit basis, participate in interviews with management and staff, documenting workflows of operations and identifying key risks, controls and procedures.
• Develop the audit program and conduct appropriate fieldwork testing.
• Discuss findings with In Charge and Regional Audit Manager.
• Document all testing and findings in accordance with GIA Methodology
• Participate in drafting audit reports.

Your Profile
You should be a Qualified Accountant with at least 4 - 6 years of experiences in internal audit or Big 4 auditing insurance clients. As an Internal Audit Manager, you should be strong in internal audit for life insurance company with thorough understanding of insurance business. You are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of the major business functions of a insurance business.
