Internal Audit Manager recruitment
You will work closely with the Head of Internal Audit and cover the entire range of audit as well as special reviews. You will summarize audit results and solutions to mitigate risk and improve operations.
You will conduct audit assignments throughout Western Europe as well as assist in the induction of new joiners and mentor the more junior team members.
You will update awareness on risk issues and changes across various business units.
The role is a stepping stone to other responsibilities within the organisation internationally.
Profile :
Strong experience on risk based auditing.
Excellent knowledge of the banking / financial services sector.
Demonstrate a very good comprehension of the regulatory environment and risks faced by financial institutions.
Internal and/ or External audit background
Very good level of English + another European language (ideally Spanish).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
