Internal Audit Operations Manager recruitment
An opening exists with one of the UK's major insurance businesses based in the centre of the City. The firm has been established for over a century and has an enviable reputation in all insurance products from consumer to corporate.
The role involves the monitoring and reporting on the operations of the groups internal Audit division. You will be working towards future proofing the internal audit department against future regulatory and industry developments. You will be responsible for sharing best practice across the internal Audit function and develop the Internal Audit Strategy and Objectives in collaboration with the businesses chief auditors.
We are looking for candidates that demonstrate a strong understanding of internal audit processes and projects.
You will have been lead auditor on a number of audits, including the project management of audit projects. An understanding of the make up and KPI's that make up a successful internal audit function is desirable.
You will ahve experience of a variety of audit methodologies and be able to share best practice with the rest of the business.
