A rare job opportunity has arisen for a compliance internal auditor to join the regulatory and compliance internal audit team at the UK's leading banking internal audit function. The organisation has a very powerful brand name within the market and is globally recognised for attracting and retaining some of the most talented professionals within the market. The role itself sits as part of the Bank's global audit function. You would be based in London within their specialist regulatory and compliance internal audit team. Your role would be to deliver internal audits of their compliance function and regulatory activities, particularly across their wholesale banking divisions. Initially you would work as part of an audit team however over time you would be able to move into more of a lead auditor capacity. This is a great opportunity to move into one of the hottest areas within banking at the moment.
The ideal person for this role would be someone who has already worked on compliance auditing ideally within the corporate banking or investment banking space. However they are prepared to be flexible for the right person and would be open to considering someone from a compliance monitoring, compliance or BIG 4 background. We firmly believe that this role will escalate someone's later career opportunities.
