Internal Audit Senior

Internal Audit Senior/ Manager- I am looking for a candidate for a fantastic insurance organisation to be based in Guildford/London.

The job has become live as the firm need to expand the audit team following their expansion. The job as the Audit Senior will be supporting the Internal Audit Manager and Head of internal Audit by undertaking Internal Audit reviews, devising and executing tactical risk based audit plans. You will provide consultancy and advisory services to departments and the group on policies, procedures, the operation of internal control and risk management. The job will also consist of assisting in the management and execution of the group's Sarbanes Oxley annual testing of new entities. 

The candidate will be somebody who has excellent reporting skills, eager to learn and adapt their style according to the requirements and have the ability to conduct an audit from start to finish with strong analytical, problem solving skills. The candidate will also have a team/collaborative working approach, strong communication skills and the ability to work with a level of autonomy. You will have a minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role and can either be qualified by experience or qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA, IIA and have experience in Financial Services- Ideally insurance. This role would suit somebody who has qualified from practice with some post qualified experience as an assistant manager or manager in financial services or somebody who has in house Internal Audit experience within financial services or Insurance.
