Internal Audit Senior

A top 10 firm is looking to recruit an ambitious internal audit senior, to join their Central London team.

As part of this role, you will work closely alongside senior members of your team, and will be in charge of overseeing junior member staff.

As an internal audit senior, you will manage projects of various complexity, working with a diverse range of clients. You will demonstrate your ability to work independently and to take initiative when required, as well as being an integral team player.

You will develop your proficiency in applying audit principles, skills and techniques, and will execute a variety of audit tests and procedures to deliver quality results to your clients.
You will build upon their financial, operational and compliance knowledge and identify which risks affect particular activities.

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for pro-active business development, helping to grow the business line for your team.

To be considered for this role, you must be MIIA or CCAB qualified, or in the process of studying towards these qualifications. Ideally, you will have at least one year’s experience in internal audit.

This position is open to both part-qualified and fully-qualified candidates looking to progress their career in internal audit.

You must be proficient in using flow-charting software and MS Office, and preferably, you will have a full driving license , as this role will involve an element of travel to visit clients.
