Internal Auditor – Insurance (Ref# IA-I/LRP100712) recruitment

Our client is a leading international Reinsurance Company with a strong presence within the Asia-Pacific Region and internationally. They are currently recruiting for an Internal Auditor to join their Group Internal Audit team.

You will be responsible for in depth risk analysis and determining the audit scope. You will work with all management and staff in conducting audit interviews and therefore documenting workflows and identifying key procedure. You will be involved in developing the audit programme along with the Regional Audit Manager. There will also be the opportunity to be the ‘In Charge’, agreeing audit scopes and defining audit objectives, in addition to delivering the audit. You will also have to distribute the draft audit and follow up on action taken after the issuance of the report. 

You will have at least 6 years of experience within audit, some of which must be within a commercial environment, in particularly within an insurance company. Ideally you will be either CPA, CA or CIA qualified. You will have strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders. You will be willing to travel up to 50%, mainly within the APAC region but sometimes to other continents.
