An exciting Internal Audit role within the internal audit department of a key player within the insurance market has emerged, which are looking for qualified or part qualified Big4 trained external auditors, or industry trained internal auditors.

This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to travel internationally in Europe and worldwide.

This role and organisation will also support the successful candidate in continuing their auditing or accountancy qualification.

Key responsibilities within this role will include undertaking financial and operational audits, evaluating the effectiveness of controls, and drafting appropriate recommendations for rectifying control weaknesses.

A successful Internal Auditor will have experience and knowledge of audit within the financial services industry, ideally from within the insurance industry. The candidate will also be fully or part professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIA etc…)

The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to work well individually as well as part of a team.
