Senior Internal Auditor - UK
Change International are working with a large financial services company to assist with their recruitment of a Senior Internal Auditor to join their team in the UK. This is a stand alone role based in Wales designed to support the operations in this location. You will be joining a large company who are floated on the NYSE and have over 80 years experience in the UK market and one of the largest specialist financial services companies.
We are keen to find enthusiastic auditors who have a desire to develop their skills and career within a large Finance company. You will be performing both operational and financial audits and will be the on-site contact. If you have experience working within a credit risk audit environment and want to further develop you career this company is an excellent choice.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience within internal audit (and external audit)
- Bachelors degree required
- Relevant qualification ACA/CPA.ACCA/CIA preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with audit and risk industry standards (IIA, COSO, COBIT)
- Operational audit and controls testing skills required
- Credit risk/retail banking experience required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time through Europe
- Excellent team working ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills
- EU passport holder (due to visa restrictions)
