Our client is a global Financial Services Institution and seeking an Internal Auditor to join their Group Internal Audit division. Your main responsibilities will be to audit business functions and internal control systems as well as ensuring compliance with governance.

You will add value to the business by identifying and mitigating current or evolving risks and will be expected to participate in Group Internal Audit initiatives and projects.

Audit responsibilities:

*Conduct audits as directed by the In Charge and in accordance with audit methodology
Perform risk analysis
*Potentially lead a particular portion of the audit/s
*Take part in interviews with management and staff, document workflows of operations and identify key risks, controls and procedures
*Develop audit program and conducting fieldwork testing
*Document all testing and findings in accordance with audit methodology and professional standards
*Escalate recommendations to eliminate identified business, operational or control risks
*Assist in drafting audit reports
*Interact with business management as required
*Develop relationships through strong evidence of audit, technical, and business expertise.
*Travel to locations across Switzerland, Europe and the Globe.

There are no people management responsibilities at this level, however, as you develop successfully you will be asked to act as an in-charge for a particular audit.

Requirements:

*University degree
*From 2 to 4 years experience gained in audit or other relevant experience
*CPA, CA, ACCA, DECF, CIA etc qualified or in progress
*Big 4 experience or working within in finance functions preferred
*Financial Services sector experience a strong advantage
*Fluent English, other European language skills desirable
*Strong communication, relationship building and presentational skills
*Happy to travel internationally
*EU National or Swiss Work Permit holder
