Internal Auditor – Industrial Group

The Client

Our client, an industrial group with a worldwide presence, is currently looking for an internal auditor who is self-starter and like taking initiatives.

This company is a well known international Group, but still fosters a family and entrepreneurial culture in their Head Office.

Job Description

You will be part of a small audit team where you will work directly with the Head of Audit.

- You evaluate the processes in terms of risk management, internal controls and governance for the Group and its entities
- You are responsible for various audit types: operational, financial, strategic, compliance, …
- You prepare, organize, set objectives and execute audit missions
- You provide independent and objective advices to Management
- You recommend, negotiate and set-up actions plans
- You insure and follow-up the effective implementation of recommendations
- You improve the environment in terms of processes and structure
- You communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- You follow-up the development of IT projects
- You inititate Ad hoc projects

Profile

- You have a Master degree in Finance or related areas
- You have 2-3 years of experience in audit within a Big-4 (with industrial clients)
- You are willing to travel 30-40 % of the time (mainly Europe - from Monday to Friday)
- You are autonomous but you also show team spirit -
You are able to hold a conversation with both senior management and workers
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are entrepreneurial and like taking initiative
- You have a hands-on attitude
- You have some affinity in IT
