Our client is a mid size Firm with very well established position within Automation Technology business, our client is considered as market leader within 70 countries world wide.
To face the fast growing market we are currently looking to hire Audit professionals to join the company development plan locally in Switzerland but also internationally as well.
Ideally we are looking for an Internal Auditor / IT Auditor professional with proven track record from similar type of industry who are looking to take responsibilities, grew within healthy working environment and move towards operational management functions in near Future.
Internal Auditor / IT Auditor (m-f)
This is great chance for mid senior level Auditors /IT Auditors who are looking for a real career move within an international organization.
In this role you will have following responsibilities:
• Plan and execute financial, operational and IT audits world-wide
• identify opportunities to improve business processes and internal controls
• develop action plans in collaboration with the audited units
• prepare convincing audit reports, and present audit findings at all management levels
• Monitor and follow-up the implementation of audit recommendations
• World-wide travel up to ca. 40-50%
Ideal candidate should have / be..
• Number of years professional experience in internal audit of an industrial company or in an
accounting firm, or line management role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Further languages are highly
appreciated
• Completed or ongoing professional certification (CIA, CISA, CFE, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.)
• Professional experience in an international and multi-cultural work environment is a must
• Strong analytical skills; experience in data analysis (e.g. ACCESS; IDEA) and business process
mapping
• Solid audit knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP), data protection and information security, IT
general and application controls
• Business acumen; sparring partner for audited units, ‚General Manager Approach ‘to issues,
hands-on Attitude
