Internal Auditor Job in Princeton Junction, New Jersey Us
A Leading Services Firm located in Mercer County is searching for an Internal Auditor to work with a very patient and mentoring manager and will handle the following responsibilities:
- Work with process owners to ensure complete and timely Sarbanes Oxley documentation requirements.
- Assess business processes, identify risks and controls
- Perform testing of identified controls
- Perform scoping, materiality and fraud control analysis
- Participate in meetings related to Sarbanes Oxley issues
- Perform operational, financial and compliance audits of business operations
- Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
- Review and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Provide written and oral reporting to Management
- Perform special projects as assigned
Qualified Candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA (or parts passed) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SOX, Section 404 a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The total compensation range is from $60,000 to $70,000 with excellent benefits (medical, dental), and 401k plan with match.
