Internal Auditor Job in Sheffield, Yorkshire UK
Our client who is one of the leaders in their field are currently looking for an Internal Auditor due to promotion. This role will offer the right person the scope to develop and grow within a very exciting business. Reporting to the CFO, my client`s impressive reputation and history will not fail to add value to your future career .
This role will require the successful candidate to get involved in:
Planning, developing and execution of high-level audit reviews across the Group
Evaluating the Group`s systems of internal control
Identify best practice implement appropriate change
Providing suggestions and advice to operating management regarding the maintenance and improvement of the internal control environment
Compile written internal audit reports and provide an independent view of risk management and control
The successful candidate will have a genuine future opportunity and will also be encouraged to move internally within either the finance team or the wider business depending on their chosen career direction.
Who we`re looking for:
- A Chartered or Certified candidate who is looking for their first move from profession (ACA / ACCA)
- Proven communication skills both orally and in writing
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to exercise commercial judgement when assessing risks
- Credibility at Management and Board level, influencing and partnering
- A good understanding of internal commercially focused auditing
