FORTUNE 500 COMPANY SEEKING INTERNAL AUDITOR TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM! THIS IS A ROTATIONAL PROGRAM WHERE YOU CAN ADVANCE WITHIN 18 MONTHS. THIS POSITION REQUIRES 25% DOMESTIC AND INTERATIONAL TRAVEL.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform balance sheet audits (for multiple business units) in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
- Perform tests of controls on selected control cycles and systems
- Evaluate current accounting procedures and propose changes as needed
- Facilitate interaction with and provide assistance to external audit team
- Conduct special reviews to prevent and detect fraud
- Help train staff on the proper administration and execution of fieldwork including: planning, staffing, documentation, and reporting/communication to senior management
- Performing and/or supervising special projects as needed
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of internal or external auditing experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
- Ability to multi-task between many different projects
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel
- CPA, CIA or CFE certification or progress toward certification
- Fraud prevention/detection experience or training
- Experience with data analysis software ( IDEA, ACL, etc.)
- Public Accounting or consulting experience is preferred
