Internal Communications Business Partner
This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Business Partner to join this incredible telecommunications company.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Communications and you will focus on developing and communicating key business and strategy information, programmes and messages to drive employee engagement across the business through a variety of channels. This role is responsible for a key division for the business leading on campaigns and key messages are delivered. You will need to be able to work with a range of stakeholders and create imaginative solutions to engage with employees.
You will be responsible for delivering internal communications campaigns and materials, managing communications channels and providing communications plans to the leadership team. You will help create and implement content, provide support for events and measure the effectiveness of communications activities.
As the ideal candidate, you will need a strong track record of experience within Internal Communications, ideally in a blue chip environment, and will be able to demonstrate how extensive knowledge of internal communications channels and processes. You should be capable of managing a variety of stakeholder relationships.
