As Internal Communications Co-ordinator you’ll help build and manage the reputation of People Services within The Co-operative Group. Working on multiple projects you’ll be using a mix of the intranet, email and print to communicate with and engage colleagues. You will be expected to put together and manage detailed projects plans. Meticulous yet creative, you’ll be happy to work off your own initiative and follow direction efficiently. To do this role successfully you’ll need to have…
· Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent brief taking and project planning capability
· Strong proof reading skills and a keen attention to detail
· The ability to understand different audiences to tailor communications accordingly
