POSITION OVERVIEW

As MSCI continues to grow, there is a need to build a culture in which two-way communication becomes integral to the way we work - with the aim of getting as many employees as possible informed, involved and engaged and increasing the quantity, quality, consistency and regularity of our internal communications.  Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management, the Internal Communications Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining an internal communications strategy and action plan that identifies MSCI’s strategic messages and develops effective ways to deliver those messages to employees. This individual will also be responsible for helping to drive employee engagement across all levels of the firm – so that every employee feels connected with, and part of, MSCI.

The individual will be expected to develop and use best-practice forms of communication, including emails, newsletters, training programs, websites/intranets, social media and employee forums. The Internal Communications Leader will collaborate extensively with the CEO and members of the Executive Committee, advising them on the best ways to communicate information to our employees.  The Internal Communications Leader will also coordinate closely with Head of Marketing Communications and Investor Relations.
