Internal Communications Manager, APAC – International Bank recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage internal communications strategy for APAC and maximise positive profile with all relevant stakeholders and audience.
- Work in collaboration with other business divisions to design, manage, and deliver the APAC Communications strategy and plan
- Ensure messages are communicated to APAC staff and relevant internal external stakeholders in a timely manner, including strategy, change management, business successes and people agenda
- Design and deliver high-level reporting, e.g. monthly operating report, quarterly scorecards for exec management/regulators, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a Corporate Communications or Internal Communications role, ideally with sizable financial institutions in Hong Kong
- Sound understanding of communications strategy, planning and vehicles
- Ability to adapt messages and approach to communicate to, and ensure understanding of, a diverse internal audience
- Proactive approach and sensitivity to working with different time-zones and cultures in a geographically-dispersed team
- Team player and inclusive approach to working
- Strong consultancy, diplomacy and negotiation skills
