Internal Communications Manager, EMEA – Global Financial Services Firm recruitment

Our client is a leading global financial services firm with an enviable profile and reputation. They are seeking an Internal Communications Manager, EMEA to develop a fully integrated internal communications strategy for their EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Key responsibilities include; proactively creating and executing a wide range of internal communications and employee initiative communications campaigns across channels including intranet, e-newsletter, video blog, senior leadership emails, town hall meetings and manager communications, providing strategic internal communications advice to senior management. The successful candidate will be a self motivated team player, possess an extremely successful internal communications background, excellent written and oral communication skills, experience of producing and managing communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, email, video and social medi, strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
