Position
As Internal Corporate Communications Manager you will be responsible for all internal communications within the European Business Unit (EU BU), creating and managing communications within the EU BU on strategy, plans, key initiatives and business performance, plus playing a key role in a business cultural transformation currently underway.
This role will be responsible for setting, as well as executing, the communications plan across a variety of media, including but not limited to online, print, video and live presentations. The work will involve coordinating with the Corporate Communications team in Paris on company wide messaging as well as the EU BU leadership team on more localized, lateral content.
The role reports into senior HR leadership and will have one direct report in a co-ordination/administrative role.
Person:
You will be passionate about communications and business and able to credibly deliver and build relationships within a corporate environment. The goals here are to inform, engage, inspire and connect. You may be a seasoned internal communicator from agency or in-house, but unlikely to be managing a large “corporate” communications function due to the need to both operate strategically and get your hands dirty in delivery.
You will regularly work with the European leadership team, including the President, and will need to demonstrate evidence of creativity, enthusiasm and the utmost professionalism. You will be skilled in extracting clear, targeted messaging with the right tone.

Knowledge, Skills Experience
Must have experience in:
- Developing innovative, strategic and creative corporate communication solutions to ensure key messages are effectively shared across a diverse set of audiences
- Developing communication content for a wide range of media
- Delivering hard business results - more outcome than output focused
- Self-starter with superior writing and editing skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Developing effective and engaging presentations in PowerPoint
