Internal Communications Manager recruitment
The company has an ambitious strategic growth plan which will be driven and delivered by our people. Internal communications will play a crucial role in this by:
- communicating our strategy, business objectives performance;
- giving employees the information and tools that they need to be able to do their jobs effectively; and
- building colleague engagement and satisfaction.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Communications you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated internal communications plans directly aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and priorities. You will also:
- manage existing and develop new communications channels to ensure that the right messages hit the right audiences at the right time.
- produce original written/ audio/ visual communications which engage the intended audience
- edit materials produced by others in line with our Corporate tone of voice
- manage and promote our Internal Communications policies and procedures;
- devise measurement KPIs to evidence the effectiveness of communications activity
You will also work closely with the Intranet Manager to position our Intranet as our primary communication and collaboration channel.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must have previous Internal Communications experience and a structured, proactive approach to planning that galvanises activity and delivers results. The ability to quickly engage and build relationships with key stakeholders would be an advantage.
