Internal Communications Manager recruitment

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the reasons for, and benefits of, the new change programme are communicated as effectively and timely as possible.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Identifying internal target audiences, and identify key messages that need to be communicated to them.
- Leveraging off already proven communication strategies and developing new ones to achieve bank wide awareness
- Leading and motivating the programme team members to support the development of the products

The candidate must have previous hands on experience of leading a communications initiative. You will be highly motivated and be able to engage effectively with others. The candidate will be a highly organised, self starter who will be able to leverage off their previous experience to implement processes immediately.
