Internal Communications Senior Manager recruitment
Our Client:
A global leading financial institution, one of the most established financial organisations is seeking for a high calibre Internal Communications professional to join the IT communications team.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Global IT Communications team and various departments, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of communications programs within the IT department. You are expected to develop a strong understanding of various teams and deliver on innovative campaigns and also ensure efficient communication plans for the employees. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the content on the intranet with the goal in keeping employees engaged.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate should be a degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in internal communications. Solid leadership experience is required to be successful at this position. Work experience in financial institutions is highly regarded but not mandatory. You are expected to be able to write and communicate in excellent fluency in English. Fluency in Cantonese is a must and Mandarin is an advantage.
