Our client is a major financial organisation who has posted strong profits in recent months. The firm's data and reporting department has been vital to its recent growth by making ensuring that all strategic decisions are informed by accurate data on client activities and preferences. The addition of an Internal Communications Training Manager will play a key role in keeping that team motivated and up-to-date on firm-wide events and changes.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive and develop the internal communications plan for the division in conjunction with senior stakeholders.
- Maintenance and development of the internal website.
- Support senior management team in drafting of C-Level messaging to the business.
- Coordinating current training and assessing future training requirements.
Requirements
- Strong internal communications experience.
- Knowledge of investment banking operations.
- Experience of coordinating training in previous roles.
- Ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
