Internal Consultant
At iCON (Internal Consulting), we support Zurich's global business segments to help them to reach their strategic goals, sustainable growth, and profitability targets. In this role you will be part of a team supporting a business unit to help them develop solutions for specific business challenges on a broad range of topics from strategy development to impact-oriented implementation. Specifically, we are looking to expand our understanding of the market in South East Asia, including India.
You will work as a member of a project team with changing team set-ups on a project per project basis. Within the project you will take responsibility for specific tasks, perform analyses as well as contribute to recommendations to our business partners. We will count on you to actively engage with and guide our business partner's team members on a daily basis, to be part of more senior interactions as well as to travel abroad as required.
You have completed your Masters / Masters of Business Administration at a renowned university with excellent marks, and have minimum 4 years of experience in strategy consulting. Knowledge about the South East Asian and Indian insurance market, benchmarking, performance tracking, and organizational structuring are a must. In addition, you will have proven analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi and / or Bengali are also required.
