You will be responsible for deriving solutions in partnership with third party resources, challenging them as and where required and referencing solutions against the benefits case.

You will be expected to work in partnership with Senior Managers and other Managers deploying expert business analysis skill, broad business knowledge and specialist expertise to ensure that the strategic solution provides the significant business benefit. They, along with our partners, are instrumental in shaping the structure of the business change impacts. You will also work in close partnership with other Functional Business Architects and be expected to support their colleagues when required. They will liaise closely with the business to ensure that all changes impacting on people, customers, etc are recorded and resolved.

You will play a key role in achieving business change by being an acknowledged business process area expert. They derive business process solutions to efficiently meet the requirements of Finance.

You will have:

• Consulting experience; whether in-house at a similar blue chip firm or external consulting for a global consultancy.
• The Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment, with attention to detail, a commitment to quality and the ability to think strategically
• A good foundation in business analysis skills using a variety of standard techniques.
• Experience of business process analysis and design techniques
• A good understanding of project life cycles and the ability to produce comprehensive, complete documentation without functional gaps. An understanding of project management methodologies
• A financial qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the energy industry
• Knowledge of the types of systems supporting those functional area such as SAP, Zainet, SONET or GSS (desired not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds -both- finance non-finance.
• Relationship builder who is able to listen, be attentive to detailed information and translate it into viable, pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High energy and personal drive, able to create impact and influence.
