Internal Control Analyst Job in Houston 77040, Texas US
Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for an Internal Controls Analyst. Duties will include:
- Review control documentation, evaluate control design, and review effectiveness of testing results.
- Identify and analyze deficiencies in internal controls, recommend changes/develop remediation plans, and track remediation efforts.
- Perform SOX testing
- Perform various other related duties.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CIA designation or working towards
- 2+ years of experience with audit and/or SOX, including testing of controls
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
