The Company
Our client is a large US MNC Technology leader and worldwide provider of electronic parts and components. With more than 15,000 employees around the world serving more than 800 customers, they are looking for an Internal Control Manager to provide support to the Internal Control Department in the APAC region.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Internal Control, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide support to IC department within Asia Pacific region on SOX compliance review and operational audits
- Perform internal control reviews on business processes (financial and operational)
- Identify control deficiencies and provide improvements for report standardisation
- Assist in project management for both SOX and internal control review
- Develop review plan, design testing/audit programs, perform tests and draft reports
Your Profile
- Accountancy or related discipline
- Qualified accountant highly preferred
- AT least 5 years of experience with 3 years audit experience from Big 4
- Solid experience in accounting and internal controls in both PRC and HK GAAP
- Manufacturing experience and exposure to MNC will be an asset
- Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP
- Experience in project management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
