Internal Controls / Operational Risk / Internal Audit – Regulatory Basel III 3 recruitment
The candidate will be part of the Global RWA Team, which is responsible for the reporting and explain of Basel 2.5 and III regulatory Risk weighted Asset numbers to the Swiss regulator – FINMA.
The candidate will also be exposed to the Basel III program regarding the Target Operating Model and Control Framework-project, to the operational risk teams, with a special focus on RWA processes. Additional responsibilities will include coordination with Change the Bank and developing the Global RWA control framework and ensure compliance to the policy framework.
Your job will involve detailed analysis and maintenance of the FTB RWA processes across the Divisions and infrastructures in Finance. Work with the RTB teams, close operational risks and ensure calculator compliance, This will involve reviewing reporting processes, analyzing calculation processes and proposing risk mitigation. Analyze trade structures and individual trades to ensure that the correct and compliant RWA is calculated using Finance reporting systems, Excel and MS Access based tools.
Your job will also provide support the Global Product Specialist Team in the transition of the Basel III implementation.

You will also interact and liaise with Corporate Centre, Finance and Risk Control functions to resolve issues and understand the drivers generating RWAs and ensure that an appropriate control framework is implemented to support the process.

Academic and professional qualifications
You are ideally educated to a University degree level or equivalent or professional qualification. PC skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Database management)
