Internal Corporate Account Manager, with HP, Dell, new business, reseller experience, sales
Our client, a technology service provider, is looking for an internal corporate account manager to sell and supply solutions to meet the client's customer needs. Candidates should have in-depth procurement and sales experience within the IT industry (both hardware and software). This role involves both selling technology services and new business. With pre-existing leads and routes to market, this role will inherit a portfolio of clients based on geographical location
Requirements include
- Experience selling hardware and software, specifically Dell and HP(as a minimum)
- Experience driving intense business development campaigns with Marketing Business Development against an agreed business plan that identifies sources of new procurement business
- An understanding of the latest technology and how it affects businesses
- A background in both distributor negotiation and knowledge of end users- candidates should preferably come from a reseller background
- Build strong and effective internal relationships showing a flexible and versatile approach to complement LTS Service Sales Manager, Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager activities
- Be able to demonstrate high levels of specialist knowledge in our chosen supply asset classes.
- Be able to identify customer's needs, develop and deliver solutions according to these needs and where appropriate use business partners to assist.
- Initiate, build, develop and maintain high level relationships with a network of manufactures, suppliers and solution providers to provide intelligent and innovative technology supply solutions to both customer and prospects
