Internal Investment Consultant (Sales Position) recruitment
Responsibilities:
Identify potential new advisors that can bring new clients to Brinker Capital, master all products and services and be able to explain them to advisors and end-investors, improve profitability by gathering new assets and help to maintain existing assets, expand scope of existing advisor relationships, train advisors to deliver the investment story and process, assist advisors in closing end-investor business, educate advisors on information available to them on the website, maintain sales contact database, distribute materials to regional directors, advisors, and clients, set and maintain expectation levels on new business with Regional Director, prepare special reports and materials for advisors as needed, learn the ProGen Proposal System well enough to train advisors, continue education and training within the investment industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related major
- 5+ years of financial industry experience
- Series 7 65 licenses
- Understanding of operations and administrative issues a plus
- must be able to work independently
- must be reliable and on time
