Internal Key Account Manager – Electronics
Outstanding opportunity to further develop your career with a Leading European Electronic Component Distributor. The position of Internal Key Account Manager contributes to the development of a number of existing strategic accounts by building sales through strong relationships with strategic customers in conjunction with the external Key account management team.
You will be an electronic industry professional with an in depth understanding of the distribution model. You will be the first point of contact for established strategic customers on day to day account management activities. The Internal Key Account Manager will facilitate and liaise with all divisions both in the UK and Europe to ensure the customers' expectations are met while maximising revenue and profitability for the company.
This is a unique role requiring a diverse skill set; we invite discussions with candidates with extensive experience in Sales, Account Management or a Customer Support Services environment within an electronics component distributor or associated OEM.
Electronic Component product knowledge is essential and you will be computer literate with Microsoft Office skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external relationships and to confidently negotiate at senior level.
