Internal Process & Controls Manager

We have a great opportunity for an Internal Process Controls Manager.  Reporting to a Senior Vice President, this position is responsible for the management of the people and processes within a diverse group of key functions that support operating groups across the company.

Essential Functions

• Manage staff and operations in certain key operating functions including:

-  Quality assurance related to loan origination, documentation, and funding

-  Specialized banking/financial programs offered to members

-  Corporate records storage and retention

-  Team administrative support.

• Subject matter expert for enhancement to current systems for lending group and support services, including user acceptance testing, documentation and user guides, and maintenance of SOX and other documentation. 

• Compliance with corporate policies relating to document storage and retention of corporate records.

• Manage business resumption efforts for lending groups and corporate records. 

• Participate in project management for major corporate systems. 

• Participate in special projects and cross-functional project teams as assigned. 

Education Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.  Excellent motivational, organizational and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to map business functions and write clear procedures and user manuals.  Prior experience managing of a team of professional employees with strong project management and process improvement skills are required.
