In order to achieve our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Dutch and or German Speaking Internal Recruiter to join our London based Internal Recruitment Team.
This position also requires a pro-active approach which you will be required to use various techniques in order to source potential Sales employees for our internal vacancies that exist in our offices in Holland, German, Switzerland, London and Singapore.
These techniques include headhunting and networking via Social Media Platforms as well as database searches and advertising.
Above all you must be creative and enthusiastic in order to ensure we are attracting Top Talent into the MBA Group.
The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in Dutch and or German and English (written and oral) with first class communication skills and have a persuasive nature.
Previous Recruitment Experience would also be an advantage.
