Key responsibilities:
The role holder will partner closely with colleagues in the organisation's corporate recruitment team, and be involved in all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle, for a variety of roles. Responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, person specifications and job advertisements
- Advertising jobs
- Interview, and other recruitment-related, coordination
- Telephone screening and face-to-face interviewing
- Reference verification
- Ad hoc recruitment administrative duties as required
Key experience and skills required:
- Proven recruitment experience is essential; preferably gained in an internal recruitment role
- Adaptability
- Able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
