To ensure that we continue to recruit to the highest standards, we are recruiting an Internal Recruitment Consultant. The main responsibilities of the role are to manage the recruitment process from approval of recruitment through to candidate offer, whilst using a variety of appropriate recruitment techniques to attract and select candidates and updating internal documents. This role will require you to work with all managers and team leaders particularly in Telesales and Field Sales advising them on CV screening and effective interviews.
The successful candidate will
- Have experience of working in a volume recruitment role
- Have experience of designing and delivering assessment centers
- Previous experience of budget management
- Previous experience of updating an HR/recruitment system
- Preferably have a psychometric testing qualification i.e. Thomas International, SHL
- Have good Presentation and communication skills
- Have good PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrate a professional approach to recruitment
