The Responsibilities
Internal Reporting:
-You prepare the monthly Flash Forecasting
-You support quarterly earnings release activities
-You harmonize and simplify budgeting process
-You coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Purchasing on forecasting assumptions
- You implement the uniform performance management policies and procedures across the organization
-You challenge and review the business results, to improve the quality of forecasting
-You implement forecasting and Budgeting tools
-You track and monitor performance based payout
The Competencies
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
-Experience in a Big 4 company and/or similar position within the industrial or commercial sector
-Fluency in English, French and Spanish can be an advantage
-Excellent Excel knowledge
-Strong analytical and communication skills
-Dedicated, open-minded, dynamic, enjoy working in a multicultural environment
