An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the hub of the sales team in a very sales orientated company, as an Internal Sales Account Manager. The role is based in Bracknell and the company have recently been voted number 1 in their industry.
This role is a business development role, working on specific accounts and developing them from low performing to high performing.
- To process quotations after establishing customer requirements
- To deal with vendors and product managers to agree/negotiate pricing deals
- To process orders accurately and timely
- To forecast into sales management on a weekly basis
- Generate business opportunities by up-selling and associated product selling
- To maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors products and pricing
- Attend daily training to achieve a high level of sales, technical and commercial competence
- Able to proactively sell the message/product on to customers
- To deal with returns/warranty/credit issues
- Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
