Our client are a leading Data / Software company based in Chester / Cheshire looking to recruit a new Sales Executive candidate to join their rapidly expanding successful team due to high demand. This role has been created due to increasing demand for the organisations products and services as the company have recently gone through an aquisition stage. Sales will be solely generated from new business and will offer a great basis to develop a very successful IT sales career.

Role - Internal Sales Executive

- 16k-18k Basic
- Genuine OTE 25k+
- Uncapped OTE
- Office based

Responsibilities of an inside sales executive
- Hit monthly sales targets
- Develop and source new business opportunities
- Diary management
- Ability to speak to decision makers
- Ability to see new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts
- Build rapport quickly
- Increase sales levels
- Hit monthly KPI's

Skills/Experience Required for this internal sales position

- Successful sales professional
- Experience in B2B, Outbound sales
- Experience developing new business
- Strong Listening skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding / previous experience in selling IT / Software products
