Internal Sales Executive Job in Cork City
The Company:
This progressive Cork based company is experiencing expansion within its sector and is looking to recruit a target driven Internal Sales Executive.
The Position:
Duties would include but not be limited to the following:
* Generating leads on an inbound and outbound basis.
* Responsible for conversion of leads / quotes into new business
* Develop target lists for high potential prospects and secure initial meetings.
* Database maintenance to maximise prospective clients
* Conduct marketing and mail promotions.
* Provide new business quotes and deal with queries
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability, lead times and pricing in order to prepare accurate quotations.
* Resolve issues with deliveries, orders and supplies when necessary.
* Ad-hoc administration duties as needed.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a lead generation or target sales driven environment is essential.
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to problem solve and handle issue resolution
* Educated to Leaving Certificate as a minimum
* Absolute fluency in English is required
