As an Internal Sales Office Manager you will provide an effective, organised and flexible management support to the department and manage the day to day operations of the team as a whole. An established firm with a reputation for excellence, they trade exclusively as a distributor and manufacturer of their goods.
You will oversee a well-established team and will be responsible for the smooth operation and processing of orders for the business. A fast paced and challenging role, you will have experience of management of customer service teams. You will liaise with clients, developing mature client relationships to ensure that the potential for business is fully maximised. You will also oversee complaints, making sure they are handled in an appropriate manner and resolved quickly and efficiently for the client and your business.
You will have experience as a Sales Office Manager, ideally within the manufacturing sector, and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, customer service experience and management skills. A natural relationship builder, you will be looking for a challenge from your next role and the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent skills.
