German Speaking - Software Sales Account Manager (Office based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire)
Basic £30,000 Realistic OTE of £40,000 in the 1st year due to ramp up targets (uncapped) + Company benefits.

Our client is an established software house based in Cambridgeshire. The company sells software solutions to developers and administrators of IBM Lotus Notes. Established over 10 years ago, they work within a niche market and have no direct competitors. The products my client sells are focused on improving the compliance, use and efficiency of Lotus Notes for the end users.
We are looking for a German speaking individual to work closely with the Director of Sales Operations, German Regional Sales Manager, Technical Directors, VP, Marketing and Customer Base.
The objective of this job is to maximize the revenues from our client’s license renewals in a very established account base on the German speaking market.
Successful applicants for this position must be able to build and maintain strong relationships in existing accounts and renew the licenses within set deadlines to achieve the set targets. Maximum customer satisfaction and retention is of very high importance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Sell our products and services to existing accounts and to new incoming leads
- Renew licenses on existing accounts in the correct timeframe
- Use initiative to generate extra leads from research and referrals
- Apply Teamstudio’s sales method
- Be highly active on the telephone to generate and close sales. Maintain acceptable activity levels based on number of calls, call duration and live web-based product demonstrations
- Communicate regularly with the technical directors to utilise their skills on any conversation where they can add value
- Maintain sales pipeline to company standards
- From time to time the role may require some European travel, especially to the UK for training purposes
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues in all regions to maximize global sales from our customer base
- Participate in ongoing sales and technical training
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Comfortable working knowledge of the software and how the software can be applied to solve business issues (training is provided)
