Internal Technical Advisor/ Customer Service /Internal Sales Job in Gloucestershire, South West Uk
Main Purpose
·To provide a customer service and technical support to the Sales department and customers.
·To assist and improve the efficiency of the sales department through creative ideas.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and follow up sales leads for external sales team
Account Management of existing customers who maybe lapsed customers ensuring telephone calls are made regarding potential orders
Telephone technical support for products
Provide customer quotations for all products, including a follow up to ensure quote has been received and whether an order should be made
Process all customer orders
To monitor stock levels and action orders on suppliers for products
Provide support to sales team (internal and field) where necessary
Offer technical support to the customer and sales team (internal and field)
Enter into negotiations with customers on technical or commercial issues
Liaison with Field Sales
Any other tasks that the Company may require of you that utilises your skills and experience

Qualifications / Experience
Previous engineering experience, preferably within a sales environment
Candidates must have experience within an engineering industry
Must have the ability to read technical drawings
Good communication skills / telephone manner
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
