International Account Coordinator Job in Easton 18040, Pennsylvania US

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and release orders to be sent by ocean container(s) as well as air shipments for locations in Europe, Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.
  2. Review daily open order report to pick and release all airfreight and courier overseas shipments.
  3. Work with export documents, such as Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Packing Lists, and others as needed.
  4. Coordinate with other departments and work independently as required to obtain material for expedited shipments.
  5. Assist internal personnel with documentation and instruction for international shipments.
  6. Responsible for all functions of international air shipments including processing orders, finding rates, and sending advisories.
  7. Work with designated freight forwarders to obtain ocean / air bookings, quotes and international charges.
  8. Analyze and resolve customer requests including the prevention or resolution of billing disputes, by utilizing established procedures.
  9. Responsible for updating and maintaining electronic files.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree preferred.
  2. Must possess proficient software skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Project, and Access required.
  3. Minimum two years of customer service and / or Victaulic product knowledge required.
  4. Previous experiences in export and customs documentation preferred.
  5. Excellent communication skills and be professional and courteous when faced with an adverse situation required.
  6. Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred.
  7. Must be goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
  8. Ability to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime required.
