International Accounting Systems Specialist recruitment
• Participation, as process owner or key reference of finance (FI/CO/PS/AA/JV), in projects for the implementation of ERP/accounting systems in international subsidiaries of Eni (particularly EP) and, as required, attend to the integration with other processes (such as procurement, warehousing) and systems (such as Mastro, NICE or other local systems).
• Coordination of the provision of user training and, if necessary and when possible, providing it independently.
• Provision of necessary financial process and system support to new international subsidiaries of Eni (particularly EP), along with user training as and when necessary.
• Supervision, when necessary, of activities relating to extraordinary maintenance of ERP/accounting systems in coordination with the concerned personnel of the head office, relevant subsidiary and the IT department.
• Acting as the focal point for international subsidiaries for functional issues or requests of support and assistance related to financial modules of ERP/accounting systems abroad and coordinating, where necessary, responses/solutions thereof.
• Interfacing with the relevant head office departments of financial reporting and SOA to ensure compliance with the relevant principles and to implement any corrective measures in ERP/accounting systems of Eni (particularly EP) internationally as a result of internal/external audit or otherwise.
• Supporting the manager of the office in relation with specific analysis (like cost analyses of major developments or projects) and/or for project coordination activities, as and when required.
