International Audit Manager – Switzerland recruitment
Multinational business in Switzerland is recruiting an experienced audit manager to cover their global operations. Across a diverse range of activities in a complex business, the audit manager will be leading teams with a risk based audit focus.
Travelling around 40% of the time, the audit manager will be responsible not only for leading teams on missions, but also to engage in the recruitment and development of a small team. However, the position requires hands on focus across all operational functions, as you will be forging strong relationships with a receptive business.
The Internal Audit Manager will be rewarded for their efforts with progression after 2-3 years, based on clear guidelines on overall performance, team work, stakeholder management and quality of audits. In a high performing team, competition to achieve good results is high and provides a healthy working environment.
