Launch of new radiopharmaceutical drug

Our customer in Basel is one of the major global players in the pharmaceutical industry. The newly established EU regional Marketing organisation aims to combine further strategic alignment with a focus on the Basel organisation.

In the role of Brand Manager you will drive, steer and support the countries within the EU and Canada regions, in order to achieve strategic brand objectives. As leader of the Product Managers in those countries, you will ensure profitable growth in a dynamic and challenging market. You will use your motivation to establish and coordinate joint efforts with the Marketing Managers of the four main EU countries, in order to represent and raise the voice of the entire region before the Global Team.

Your international experience will allow you to steer the European-wide operational planning and provide regional guidance on market forecasting, competitive analysis, as well as business opportunity and risk assessment. The resulting data will allow you to develop European strategies and marketing plans, thus cascading the global strategy and adapting it to regional opportunities and needs.

Your profile:

• Degree in Science or Business

• At least 4 years of experience in an MS role in the pharmaceutical industry

• Min. 2 years oncology business knowledge

• Knowledge of solid and/or liquid tumour indications,

• Ability to interpret and communicate pre-clinical and clinical data

A successful candidate needs to be an excellent communicator with a strong focus on goal achievement as well as have the ability to generate cohesive support within a matrix reporting environment. During projects you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and persuasiveness.

You will work closely with the Regional Medical Affairs Team and will provide strategic guidance to clinical and medical affairs activities, market research and market access.
