The International Business Analyst is responsible for the management and control of the International PL’s, control and production of Intercompany Margin reporting, the creation of financial reporting for International Management Team and the regular support and communication with key stakeholders within and outside of the International Team throughout the clients worldwide Group.

Roles Responsibilities
• Support International Finance Manager in the development of best practice procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent compliance to company procedures and rules.
• Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to understand the business needs
• Development of close working relationships with key operational service line owners and internal service providers
• Communicate on complex issues to meet business requirements
• First level sign off of monthly cross charges for International team members
• Ownership of the monthly accrual process for International PL’s
• Analysis of the PL performance and related communication to internal stakeholders
• Takes ownership to ensure accuracy of transaction relating to International PLs
• Production of all POs raised on International PLs to understand the cost Revenue position and submit accruals
• Ownership and production of month end reporting pack to and with the support of the International Finance Manager
• Quarterly review of Engineering charges arriving on the International PLs
• Creation of International Commercial Handbooks
• Work with International team for customer PL structures and controlling process in the UK
• Attendance to and support of Financial Governance meetings/conference
• Giving advise and guidance re financial topics to less experienced people in the IBS team
• Monthly PL review of IBS International customers with local stakeholders

Key Requirements
• Needs to have strong commercial skills and demonstrable experience of PL control and management
• Proven background in business finance administration
• Advanced EXCEL skills required for creation of VLOOK UP and pivot tables,
• Intermediate experience of SAP – using the tool for cost and revenue reporting
• Ability to take ownership of complex finance queries and provide solutions to finance related issues
• Cultural sensitivity
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, Partners and internal departments at all levels of management
• Ability to Multi task and prioritise workload
• Ability to work alone and as part of a wider partially virtual team
• Organised approach to work.
• Data manipulation and analysis
• Report development
• Commercial experience

• Core presentation skills
• Finance related qualification – ACCA or CIMA
