A new and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Financial Business Support Specialist based out of our London office. The successful candidate will be a single point of contact for customers, internal sales and services teams for information, qualification and delivery of international requirements, with focus on the commercial management of these opportunities. for Projects, non-complex services and product requests across countries and International Partner Network

Roles Responsibilities
Commercial Analyst responsibilities:

Financial Governance for the associated customer PL’s – taking responsibility for associated cost and revenue
Creation of cost and revenue tracking documentation and understanding the structure
Taking responsibility for any finance related issues and working with the associated internal/external personnel to resolution
Work remotely and liaise with our international teams

International Business Support responsibilities:

Support other International departments in International Business Take On and service documentation
Qualification of all new inbound and outbound international opportunities
Ensure the appropriate trading accounts are set up in each country with appropriate credit limits
Work closely with the International partners to ensure customer SLA’s are met
Responsible for the daily operation of those accounts and/or projects that require international coordination
Ensure local invoice queries are resolved promptly by working with regional or global customer contacts
Ensure that all external and internal billing is completed monthly and reported on
Work closely with countries to monitor debt collection
Ensure that all accounts are documented for back up purposes
Ensure specified monthly reports are created and sent to Business Support Manager Responsible for the creation of contractual documentation that underpin the international product and services business

Key Requirements
• Excellent levels of numeracy and literacy
• Proven Financial Admin experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Detailed and analytical approach to work
• Customer care – ability to listen and understand the needs of customers and sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, International Partners and internal departments
• Ability to take ownership of queries/problems to resolution
• PC literate – good understanding of MS Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Word
• Ability to deal effectively with difficult customers
• Cultural sensitivity
• SAP knowledge
• IT Services background
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
